Rabarbera sirup/sok

Sastojci

-500 g rabarbera
-2,5 dl vode
-250 g secera
-1 vrecica vanil secera
-sok od pola limuna

Priprema

Stapke rabarbere dobro oprati,( osjeci listove koji se ne koriste jer su otrovni ), isjeci ih na duzinu oko 2 cm. i zajedno sa vodom kuhati oko 10 min. dok ne omeksa. Procijediti sok kroz gustu cjediljku, dodati secer, vanil secer i sok od limuna i staviti da kuha. Kad prokuha, skinuti pjenu sa povrsine i sipati u ciste, sterilizirane flase, koje zagrijete na 100*C. Ovaj put sam flase samo isprala u vreloj vodi i u tecnom konzervansu ( nisam ih grijala u rerni ). Zatvoriti flase odmah, zamotati u viseslojni stoljnjak i ostaviti da se ohladi. Cuvati na hladnom i mracnom mjestu. Otvoreni sok cuvati u hladnjaku.

Posluživanje

Sirup razblaziti sa hladnom obicnom / mineralnom vodom uz dodatak kockica leda.
