Bosanske hurmašice

Sastojci:

Tijesto

-2 jajeta
-2 šoljice šećera
-2 šoljice ulja
-brašna po potrebi
-pola praška za pecivo

Agda

-9 šoljica šećera
-11 šoljica vode
-1 limun

Priprema:

Umutiti jaja sa šećerom i uljem. Postepeno dodavati brašno i prašak za pecivo dok se ne dobije masa srednje tvrdoće. Od tijesta oblikovati kuglice veličine većeg oraha, malo ih spljoštiti i pritisnuti uz ribež (najsitnije rupice). Slagati hurmašice u suhu tepsiju (nepodmazanu) i peći na 200-220 stepeni dok ne porumene.

Za to vrijeme napraviti agdu tako što se šećer zalije vodom i promješa dobro kašikom da se šećer istopi. Dodati sok od jednog limuna.

Pečene hurmašice zaliti hladnom (nekuhanom) agdom i poklopiti da se hurmašice ohlade i upiju agdu.
