Hrskave tikvice na ukusan i jednostavan način

Sastojci

-6 tikvica
-2 male kasike soli

Za pohovanje

-4 bjelanceta
-2 kasike vode
-1.5 solja brasna (solja 250 ml)
-1 mala kasika bijelog luka u prahu
-1/4 male kasike bibera
-1/4 male kasike soli
-1/2 solje parmezan sira
-2 solje krusnih mrvica (ja sam koristila JapanskePanko mrvice)
-10 tak kasika ulja

Priprema

Tikvice oguliti,presjeci na pola i svaku polovinu presjecu uzduz na 3 dijela. Staviti u cjediljku,posoliti i ostaviti da odstoji i cijedi se oko pola sata. Nakon pola sata oprati tikvice i ocijediti ih od viska vode

Vecu tepsiju obilato premazati uljem i staviti na stranu. Tikvice prvo uvaljati u mjesavinu brasna,parmezana i zacina,pa u umucena bjelanca u koja ste dodali 2 kasike vode i na kraju u krusne mrvice. Tikvice poredati u tepsiju,poprskati ostatkom ulja i peci na 210 stepeni 35 minuta ili dok fino ne porumene.
