Lenja pita sa višnjama

Sastojci

-2 dl mleka
-1 kvasac
-100 g secera +4 kasike secera
-200 g masti
-1 zumance
-1 kasikica soli
-600 g brasna
-saka griza
-400 g visanja
-prah secer

Priprema

U 2 dl mlakog mleka staviti kasikicu secera i izdrobiti kvasac to promesati, pa posuti kasikom brasna i ostaviti da nadodje. Posebno umutiti 100g secera i mast, pa dodati zumance i jos malo mutiti, potom dodati so i brasno. Sada sve sjediniti i zamesiti testo. Testo podeliti na 2 dela i ostaviti da odstoji 15-20 min. Razviti testo debljine prsta, staviti u pleh srednje velicine, preko pobacati visnje, na njih dodati jos 3 kasike secera i saku griza, pa staviti drugu koru, izbockati je viljuskom i ostaviti da odstoji jos 20min. Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni oko 20 min. Posuti prah secerom.
