Pastrmka pečena u rerni

Sastojci 

-4 očišćene pastrmke
-2 limuna
-3 čena sitno isečena belog luka
-1/2 veze sitno isečenog peršuna
-belo vino
-morska so
-maslinovo ulje

Priprema

Rernu zagrejati na 220°C.
Napraviti marinadu od vina, limunovog soka, morske soli, peršuna i maslinovog ulja.
Limun oprati i iseći na kolutove.
Ribe oprati, posušiti i premazati ih spolja i iznutra pripremljenom marinadom.
Pekač obložiti papirom za pečenje, poprskati maslinovim uljem, položiti ribe, rasporediti kolutove limuna i peći 20-25 minuta u zagrejanoj pećnici.

Poslužiti uz bareni krompir sa blitvom..
