Bačokosna torta

Sastojci:

Podloga:

- 20 Petit buere keksa 
- 10 Grancereale kakao keksa  
- 25g maslaca  
- 1 žlicakakaa  
- 2 žlicekiselog vrhnja

Ganache:

- 250ml vrhnja za šlag  
- 200g tamne čokolade  
- 50g kokosa

Krema od banana

- 3 banane  
- 250ml vrhnja za šlag 
- 2 žlice dulce de leche  
- 5 gželatine 
- 2 žlicevode

Priprema:

Za podlogu je potrebno usitniti kekse, bilo multipraktikom ili na staromodan način kekse u vrećicu, vrećicu u krpu i tuci batom, što je ujedno i super metoda za rješavanje negativne energije
Keksima dodati ostatak sastojaka - rastopljeni maslac, vrhnje i kakao.
Sve skupa povezati i rasporediti po kalupu. Peći 1o-tak min na 180 °C.
U mom je slučaju korišten okrugli kalup promjera 26 cm.

Ganache: Svaki put radim drugačije, a ispada mi identično. I vrhnje i čokolada su bili na vatri dok se čokolada nije skroz rastopila. U kremu se dodaje kokos i prelije preko vruće podloge. Ostaviti da se hladi.

Krema od banana: Ono malo želatine pomiješati s 2 žlice vode i ostaviti da bubri 10 min.
U međuvremenu izraditi šlag od vrhnja, te mu dodati pire od banana, limun i dulce de leche.
Zagrijati želatinu, pa je rastopljenu dodati kremi. Sve izmiksati.
Krema od banane ide na ohlađeni sloj ganachea. Torta neka obavezno odstoji min 3 sata u frižideru.
