Slana strudla

Sastojci:

- 2 solje mlijeka
- 1 kasika secera
- 5 solja brasna
- malo vise od pola solje ulja
- 1 kesica kvasca
- 1 manja kasika soli

Za filovanje:

- 500 gr sunke isjecene na listice
- 300 gr mocarela sira
- malo origana
- jedno zumance za premazivanje

Priprema:

U ugrijano mlijeko staviti kvasac i kasiku secera pa ostaviti da se digne.

Kada se kvasac digao dodati ulje, so i brasno i zamjesiti tijesto pa ostaviti da se digne.

Kada je tijesto dovoljno odstojalo, podijeliti ga na tri kugle, pa rasklagijati svaku od njih i filovati sunkom i sirom, posuti malo origana , pa tijesto zamotati u strudlu, premazati zumancom i staviti da se pece.

Po vasem izboru od ovog tijesta mozete praviti jednu, dvije ili vise strudli. Vi rasporedite tijesto po vasoj zelji. Isto se odnosi i na fil, dakle mozete staviti vise ili manje sira i sunke.
